Assignment notification
You are notified when Arolana assigns the best available rider or approved delivery partner for your Standard or Express delivery.
Pickup notification
You receive a pickup update when the item leaves the vendor or dispatch point.
Live location updates
When admin, rider, or provider updates live location, Arolana sends a tracking notification and updates your order page.
Delivered and thank-you notifications
After delivery, you receive confirmation plus thank-you messages from Arolana and the vendor where available.
